Calamagrostis howellii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Washington hingga Oregon. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan howell's reedgrass. Nama ilmiah Calamagrostis howellii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Vasey pada tahun 1881.
