Carya alba adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Juglandaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan mockernut hickory. Nama ilmiah Carya alba pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Nuttall pada tahun 1824.
