Coryphantha macromeris adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan nipple beehive cactus. Nama ilmiah Coryphantha macromeris pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Georg Engelmann pada tahun 1923.
