Diodia teres adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian) yang memiliki siklus hidup semusim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan poorjoe. Nama ilmiah Diodia teres pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Walter pada tahun 1788.
