Dodecatheon austrofrigidum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan tundra shootingstar. Nama ilmiah Dodecatheon austrofrigidum diperkenalkan oleh Kenton Lee Chambers pada tahun 2006. Nama ini merupakan sinonim dari Primula austrofrigida.
