Grammitis forbesiana merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan forbes' dwarf polypody. Nama ilmiah Grammitis forbesiana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Warren Herbert Wagner pada tahun 1993.
