Hyphaene coriacea Gaertn.

Hyphaene coriacea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ethiopia hingga Afrika Selatan, Mayotte, Pulau Juan de Nova, Madagaskar barat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan doum palm. Nama ilmiah Hyphaene coriacea diperkenalkan oleh Joseph Gaertner pada tahun 1788.
