Ilex buergeri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Texas hingga Meksiko (Coahuila dan Nuevo León). Nama ilmiah Ilex buergeri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1868.
