Juncus triformis merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Juncaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan yosemite dwarf rush. Nama ilmiah Juncus triformis diperkenalkan oleh Georg Engelmann pada tahun 1868.
