Orbignya cohune adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan cohune palm. Nama ilmiah Orbignya cohune pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1932.
