Townsendia strigosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Amerika Serikat barat-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan hairy townsend daisy. Nama ilmiah Townsendia strigosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Nuttall pada tahun 1840.
