Cheirodendron platyphyllum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Araliaceae (suku mangkok-mangkokan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan lapalapa. Nama ilmiah Cheirodendron platyphyllum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Jackson Hooker pada tahun 1867.
