Ipomoea plummerae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Convolvulaceae (suku kangkung-kangkungan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk umbi (geofit) dan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan huachuca mountain morning-glory. Nama ilmiah Ipomoea plummerae diperkenalkan oleh Asa Gray pada tahun 1886.
