HOURGLASS PEASEED Sphinctospermumconstrictum (S.Watson) Rose
Sphinctospermum constrictum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Arizona hingga Meksiko barat dan tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan hourglass peaseed. Nama ilmiah Sphinctospermum constrictum diperkenalkan oleh Sereno Watson pada tahun 1906.
