Berberis fortunei merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China selatan, Taiwan. Nama ilmiah Berberis fortunei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Lindley pada tahun 1846.
