Abuta platyphylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Menispermaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil. Nama ilmiah Abuta platyphylla diperkenalkan oleh Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1864.
