Acacia lespedleyi merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Queensland. Nama ilmiah Acacia lespedleyi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Paul Irwin Forster pada tahun 2020.
