Acacia lumholtzii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Queensland. Nama ilmiah Acacia lumholtzii diperkenalkan oleh Leslie Pedley pada tahun 2006.
