Acacia matthewii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah CNew South Wales timur. Nama ilmiah Acacia matthewii diperkenalkan oleh Mary Douglas Tindale pada tahun 1992.
