Acacia midgleyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Queensland Utara. Nama ilmiah Acacia midgleyi diperkenalkan oleh Maurice W. McDonald pada tahun 2000.
