Acacia pedleyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Queensland tenggara (Port Curtis Distr.). Nama ilmiah Acacia pedleyi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Mary Douglas Tindale pada tahun 1992.
