Acacia richardsii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Australia Barat bagian timur laut, Northern Territory. Nama ilmiah Acacia richardsii diperkenalkan oleh Bruce R. Maslin pada tahun 1983.
