Acacia salicina merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Australia tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan cooba. Nama ilmiah Acacia salicina diperkenalkan oleh John Lindley pada tahun 1838.
