Acacia sciophanes adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia Barat bagian barat-barat-daya (between Mukinbud and Bencubbin). Nama ilmiah Acacia sciophanes pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bruce R. Maslin pada tahun 1977.
