Acacia stipulosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Australia Barat bagian timur laut hingga Northern Territory barat laut. Nama ilmiah Acacia stipulosa diperkenalkan oleh Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1859.
