Acalyphacostaricensis (Kuntze) Knobl. ex Pax & K.Hoffm.
Acalypha costaricensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Acalypha costaricensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ernst Otto Kuntze pada tahun 1924.
