Acanthocephalus amplexifolius adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Asia tengah hingga Afghanistan. Nama ilmiah Acanthocephalus amplexifolius diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Grigorij Silych Karelin pada tahun 1842.
