Acca macrostema adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Myrtaceae (suku jambu-jambuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru tengah hingga Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Acca macrostema pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hipólito Ruiz López pada tahun 1956.
