Acer campestre adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Sapindaceae (suku lerak-lerakan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa hingga Iran, Afrika barat laut. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan hedge maple. Nama ilmiah Acer campestre diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
