Acer insulare adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Sapindaceae (suku lerak-lerakan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Nansei-shoto utara. Nama ilmiah Acer insulare pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Tomitaro Makino pada tahun 1910.
