Acianthera leptotifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil tenggara. Nama ilmiah Acianthera leptotifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis João Barbosa Rodrigues pada tahun 2001.
