Acleisanthes chenopodioides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Nyctaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Arizona tenggara hingga Texas barat dan Meksiko utara. Nama ilmiah Acleisanthes chenopodioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Asa Gray pada tahun 2002.
