Aconitum heterophyllum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ranunculaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Pakistan utara hingga Himalaya tengah. Nama ilmiah Aconitum heterophyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Wallich pada tahun 1834.
