Aconitum pomeense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Ranunculaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Tibet timur (Bomi Xian). Nama ilmiah Aconitum pomeense diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Wen Tsai Wang pada tahun 1965.
