Acourtia guatemalensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Acourtia guatemalensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Billie Lee Turner pada tahun 1993.
