Acrotrema lanceolatum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Dilleniaceae (suku simpur-simpuran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Acrotrema lanceolatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Jackson Hooker pada tahun 1837.
