Adenia fruticosa subsp. simplicifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan merambat dari famili Passifloraceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol di pangkal batang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Zimbabwe timur hingga Limpopo. Nama ilmiah Adenia fruticosa subsp. simplicifolia mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1971.
