Adenochloa flacciflora merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kamerun hingga Uganda dan Zambia. Nama ilmiah Adenochloa flacciflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Otto Stapf pada tahun 2014.
