Adesmia peraltae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Chili tengah. Nama ilmiah Adesmia peraltae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karl Friedrich Reiche pada tahun 1904.
