Adiantum rhizophytum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Pteridaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Goiás, Minas Gerais, São Paulo). Nama ilmiah Adiantum rhizophytum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Heinrich Adolph Schrader pada tahun 1824.
