Adonis cretica merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Ranunculaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Kriti. Nama ilmiah Adonis cretica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ernst Huth pada tahun 1977.
