Aegilops sharonensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Israel. Nama ilmiah Aegilops sharonensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Eig pada tahun 1928.
