Aegokeras caespitosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Türkiye barat laut dan barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Aegokeras caespitosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis James Edward Smith pada tahun 1840.
