Aeschynomene neglecta merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Nigeria. Nama ilmiah Aeschynomene neglecta diperkenalkan oleh Frank Nigel Hepper pada tahun 1956.
