Afroligusticum elgonense merupakan tumbuhan dwimusim atau menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di kawasan tropis Afrika bagian timur (daerah pegunungan). Nama ilmiah Afroligusticum elgonense mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2008.
