Afroligusticum mattirolii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Ethiopia. Nama ilmiah Afroligusticum mattirolii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Emilio Chiovenda pada tahun 2008.
