Agastache scrophulariifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Kanada bagian timur, Amerika Serikat bagian utara-tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan purple giant hyssop. Nama ilmiah Agastache scrophulariifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ludwig von Willdenow pada tahun 1891.
