Agave missionum merupakan tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asparagaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Puerto Rico hingga Kepulauan Virgin. Nama ilmiah Agave missionum diperkenalkan oleh William Trelease pada tahun 1913.
