Agave offoyana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kuba (Villa Clara). Nama ilmiah Agave offoyana mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1865.
