Ageratina grandifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Ageratina grandifolia diperkenalkan oleh Eduard August von Regel pada tahun 1986.
